DELIVERY TIME
Orders are despatched by Aust Post E - Parcel System.
The majority of orders are delivered by Aust Post within 5 working days for Eastern states & 7-10 working days for others.
Australia Post will usually leave a postal card if nobody is home to accept delivery. If delivery of your order is taking longer than outlined above, you should check with your local Post Office and ask for your E - Lads parcel prior to contacting us.
EXPRESS POST Service on orders within Australia. Capital city delivery is overnight with regional areas 1-3 working days. Our online shop will calculate the express post charge at the checkout.
Although Australia Post has proven itself to be most reliable over the years, sometimes delays do occur.

Delivery : Our freight courier is ECI (Express Courier International). Your parcel may transfer to other carriers depending on destination of order. Please supply Fax/ Phone No. to help speed up delivery of your order. A more accurate quote can be obtained by simply entering the products into the shopping cart on www.cricketcentre.com.auand providing your delivery destination. You can exit the shopping cart at anytime if desired.

RETURNS
GCCC RETURNS FORM
For the return items that are not being claimed under warranty, please click the above link to the GCCC Customer Returns Form:
- Print off the above form
- Complete the above form
- Attach a copy of any invoice or picking slip
- Enclose the paperwork along with the items in a box and post back to your closest store
For the return of items under warranty (based in Australia), please click the above link to the GCCC Customer Returns Form. Along with this, GCCC will cover the postage costs involved:
- Print off the above form
- Complete the above form
- Contact the GCCC to organise a unique Auspost Reply Paid Returns Form to be emailed to you
- Print off the Auspost Reply Paid Returns Form
- Pack the items to be claimed under warranty in a box, along with enclosing a proof of purchase (GCCC receipt/invoice or bank statement) and the GCCC Customer Returns Form
- Take the boxed items with the Auspost Reply Paid Returns Form to your nearest Auspost office
