Q. How much is delivery?
A. All orders going to a location within Australia are charged a flat rate of $6.60 (inc. GST). Overseas orders are charged on a per kilo basis. For more info go to the 'Delivery' page of the 'Order Info' section of our website.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Different areas of Australia and the World have different delivery times. See the 'Delivery' page of the 'Order Info' section of our website for delivery times.

Q. Do you knock bats in?
A. Yes. All bats received a press free of charge before leaving the store. This reduces the time you need to spend preparing the bat.

Q. What is Extratec?
A. Extratec is a clear abrasive film which self-adheres to the face of the bat to help prevent damage to the blade. It assists in the knocking-in process and prolong the life of the bat.

Q. Is my bat ready to use immediately when I get it?
A. No. Even after a press or pre-preparation (Extratec) your bat will require a further 5-6 hours knocking in before they are ready for use in match conditions.

Q. Do I get a warranty with my bat?
A. Your bat will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. All repair work carried out is at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Q. What time are you open?
A. Our stores have varying opening hours and operate extending hours during peak periods. Check the stores individual page on our website for the most up-to-date opening times and contact details.

Q. Can I get a discount on a package deal (eg: bat, pads & gloves)?
A. Yes. This year we are offering bundle deals which include discounted prices on packages including a bat, pads and gloves. Check the 'Bundle Deals' section of the main menu.
