Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus and recent regulations set in place by the Australian Government, our MELBOURNE & CLAYTON stores have closed their doors to trade. However, this is not stopping us from getting you the cricket gear that you want.

We’ve adapted to the changes quickly to ensure that we can still have our loyal customers serviced via two specific methods:

1. The GCCC website

It’s business as usual on the website (www.cricketcentre.com.au). You can still purchase your gear on the site and have it delivered to you across Australia. We use Australia Post to deliver all our packages and they have indicated that all deliveries will still be fulfilled as per our usual terms. There may be some delays at this time due to regulations but we can assure you that you will get your purchase delivered to you.

2. ‘Call & Collect’

Call & Collect is a new service that we are now providing for our customers who can place and pay for an order over the phone (1800 469 928) and come into their local store to pick it up. Our Call & Collect service will run Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, Sat and Sun between 10am and 2pm. When you place your order, you will receive a text message once your package is ready from the store you wished to collect it from. When you arrive at the store you can call the store (number displayed outside) and our team member will leave your package at the front door for you to pick up. For Call & Collect orders we will endeavour to have your package ready on the same day (Tuesday and Friday), the next day if you place an order outside our Call & Collect hours and only in certain cases if your product is not in stock at the selected location you may have to wait until the following Tuesday or Friday.

Regular online order deliveries

Australia Post who does all the GCCC shipping have ensured us that they will be delivering all purchases to our customers. Express Post times may be affected due to high demands and some regular delivery times may take longer than usual but we ask that you bear with us in these hard times, you will get what you have purchased delivered to you.
