Albion Megastore Re-Opening

Come celebrate the RE-OPENING of our NEW ALBION MEGASTORE on the 30th & 31st of August.

Throughout the weekend the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre at ALBION will be celebrating with some fantastic player appearances, competitions and giveaways.

In Store Appearances:

During the Albion GRAND RE-OPENING WEEKEND cricket heroes Ian Healy & Greg Chappell will be appearing in our Albion store. They will be available for autographs, photos and a quick chat if time permits.

The winners for the GRAND RE-OPENING WEEKEND prizes will be chosen from our random draw box that will be managed by the friendly staff at the GCCC. Registered GCCC customers who purchase under their GCCC customer code will automatically go into the draw for the above prizes as a copy of their sale receipt will be added to the random draw box. Any customers who wish to become a GCCC registered customer and go into the draw for the above prizes will be asked to fill out some small details, these details will then be stapled to a copy of their sale receipt and added to the random draw box.

Prizes will be drawn after close of business on Sunday 31st August 2014 with customers being contacted by phone with competition winners first names and suburbs published here and on GCCC social media by Friday the 5th of September 2014.

Giveaways:

During the GRAND RE-OPENING WEEKEND there will be a select number of great free promotional items for lucky visitors of the Albion store. We forecast that customers in store during the times of the player appearances will be the most likely to receive these gifts.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
2. Entry is open to residents from Australia only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
5. Promotion commences on 30/08/2014 at 8:30am AEST and closes on 31/08/2014 at 3:00pm AEST ("Promotional Period"). The Promotion will be based around the official store hours of the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre’s Albion Store. During the promotional period store hours may be extended due to high demand
6. A complete list of prizes will be added the www.cricketcentre.com.au blog
7. A successful entry leading to the “winning” of a daily prize will void any future entries from that participant. The Promoter will make this decision based on Names, Addresses and Email address of the entrant.
8. There is a minimum total to 6 prizes in this promotion. Any prizes that are classified autographed cricket memorabilia do not come with certificates of authenticity. The remaining prizes will me made up of various cricketing equipment to a minimum total of $813
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. The winners will be selected as the valid entry (a GCCC Albion sales recept during the promotional period) picked from a random draw box. See the how to enter section of this page for more information.
11. Winners will be notified by phone or email address. These details will be taken from the data provided by the entrant though the customer sales process or their Greg Chappell Cricket Centre customer file. The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre takes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete customer details.
12. First names and suburbs of winning entrants may be used in marketing materials
13. Prizes will be posted by the Promoter via the Aus Post ePARCEL system free of charge within 1 week of receiving conformation from the winning entrant. Winners will also have the choice to pick these prizes from our Albion Store
14. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. All prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be made use of as the promoter sees fit.
16. Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares, transport, accommodation and meals) are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
17. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter and its Suppliers, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or retail stores is the entrant's responsibility. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
