Retro Bats

Retro Cricket

The “Retro” bat is something we’ve seen a bit of over the last few seasons. Steeped in history, some of the labels below can be traced back to the awesome Greg Chappell era of the 1970’s. Fortunately these bats aren’t show ponies as they’re filled with modern bat making techniques and technology. Take a look at the video reviews below to find out why these bats should be taken seriously.

Kookaburra Bubble II

It’s back! The famous Bubble is back with the next generation Bubble II. Like it’s predecessor, the Bubble II has a pronounced power bulge in the sweet spot giving users maximum power and forgiveness.

G&M Maestro

With a maximum edge of 41mm and maximum swell depth of 63mm the famous GM MAESTRO F2 has come a long way since its last appearance in early 2000’s.

Gray-Nicolls Dyna Drive

The Dynadrive harnesses the perimeter weighting system of the GN 100 Scoop and improves the performance down the centre.

Gray-Nicolls GN100 SCOOP

This bat tore bowling attacks apart in the 1970's in the hands of Greg Chappell and broke records in the hands of Brian Lara in the 1990's.

SS JUMBO

Iconic jumbo humped back design, back for the first time since the early 1990's and will be a real asset for thouse who love to hit the ball long. Looking for a video review? Stay turned because it's coming soon.
