COVID 19 TEMP STORE SHUT DOWN

Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus and recent regulations set in place by the Australian Government all our stores have closed their doors to trade. However, this is not stopping us from getting you the cricket gear that you want.

We’ve adapted to the changes quickly to ensure that we can still have our loyal customers serviced via two specific methods:

The GCCC website

It’s business as usual on the website (www.cricketcentre.com.au). You can still purchase your gear on the site and have it delivered to you across Australia. We use Australia Post to deliver all our packages and they have indicated that all deliveries will still be fulfilled as per our usual terms. Unfortunately, there may be some delays at this time due to regulations and staffed hours within our stores, but we can assure you that you will get your purchase delivered to you.

Parcels will be dispatched every Tuesday and Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm

‘Call & Collect’

Call & Collect is a new service that we are now providing for our customers who can place and pay for an order over the phone (1800 469 928) and come into their local store to pick it up. Our Call & Collect service will run on every Tuesday and Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. When you place your order, you will receive a text message once your package is ready from the store you wished to collect it from. When you arrive at the store you can call the store (number displayed outside) and our team member will leave your package at the front door for you to pick up.

 

Regular website order deliveries

Australia Post who does all the GCCC shipping have ensured us that they will be delivering all purchases to our customers. Express Post times may be effected due to high demands and some regular delivery times may take longer than usual but we ask that you bear with us in these hard times, you will get what you have purchased delivered to you.

You can keep up-to-date with all that is happening at GCCC via our Social Media and Website where we will inform of any changes as they come to hand.

Shipping Cost

Your Postage costs will vary according to the weight and selected method of delivery. The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre works closely with Australia Post to provide the most cost effective and accurate postage prices. If a combination of items goes above the capped weight (22kg Domestic, 20kg International) you will be contacted by our Customer Service team and quoted a price.

For all ground equipment and other marked items, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team for a freight cost. Please see product descriptions for more information.

Delivery Times & Order Delays

The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre will process your order within 1 business day of your payment being processed.  However, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • Stock availability
  • Store Hours/Closures
  • Incorrect Address provided
  • Postal Delays E.g. Bad weather
  • Payment has not been accepted (Check for confirmation email)
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention
  • Your order may be coming from different locations and could be under different delivery times.

Standard Post times:

Within 5 Working Days for Eastern States & 7-10 Working days for other regions of Australia.

Express Post times:

Major capital cities 1 working day in all states, Tasmania and NT 1-3 Working days, Country/Regional Areas in other states 1-3 Working Days.

Split Deliveries

 

The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre will always attempt to deliver your goods from a single location, however, we may need to source goods from multiple locations to finalise the order and have it delivered in the most time efficient manner. Your goods may arrive on different days and possibly via different carriers.

PLEASE NOTE: Your postage charge will NOT be effected by a split delivery.

 

Track My Order

 

If you have provided a correct and current email address, you will receive your tracking information via email once it has been dispatched.
